摘要 低年资护士的在职培训对提升护理队伍的综合职业素养具有重要意义。文章回顾了目前低年资护士的在职培训现状,主要分析了如何评估培训需求、制定培训计划、甄选培训内容、明确培训方法和评价培训效果等,同时针对存在的问题提出了合理的对策,旨在通过保证培训时间与经费、拓展培训内容与方法及强化培训师资与效果等途径加强低年资护士的在职培训管理,督促培训效果最大化。 The job training in the junior nurses to enhance the overall professionalism of the care team is important. This paper reviews the present status of the job training for the junior nurses, and mainly analyzes how to assess training needs, develop the training programs, select the training contents, clear the training methods and evaluate specific training effects, and deal with the problems and the reasonable countermeasures, aiming to maximize training effectiveness by ensuring the training time and fund, developing the training contents and methods, expanding and strengthening the training teaching staff and effects, and ways to strengthen the job training of the junior nurses in the management and supervision.
