慢性肾脏病患者脉搏波速度与血清硫化氢的关系

摘要 目的探讨慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者血清硫化氢(H2S)与脉搏波速度(PWV)的关系。方法 126例CKD患者,采用动脉检测仪测量记录PWV,酶联免疫吸附法测定血清H2S,并对CKD患者血清H2S与PWV的关系进行Pearson相关分析及多元线性逐步回归分析。结果 CKD患者血清H2S为(7.6±4.5)nmol/m L,PWV为(1 958.7±531.7)cm/s。Pearson相关分析显示,CKD患者PWV与血清H2S呈负相关(r=-0.229,P<0.01);多元线性逐步回归分析显示,CKD患者血清H2S与PWV显著相关(标化β=-0.159,P=0.036)。结论 CKD患者PWV与血清H2S有关。
