PVA固定化葡萄糖氧化酶电极的研制及应用——血清中葡萄糖含量的测定 被引量:1

摘要 本文报道了用聚乙烯醇(PVA)固定葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)并制成酶电极,对膜的导电性能进行试验,在葡萄糖含量为2×10^(-5)-1×10^(-3)M的试验范围内,响应电流的变化与浓度成线性关系。用此电极以安培法测定血清中葡萄糖含量并与邻甲苯胺比色法、GOD-过氧化物酶比色法进行比较,结果较为满意。 In this paper, the authors put forwald an enzyme electrode which immobilized glucose oxidase in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) membrane. The membrane was tested for its conductility, The result revealed a linear relationship between the rate of current response and glucose concentrarion in the range of 2×10^(-5) to 1×10^(-3)M, The electrode will be useful for serum glucose amperometric determination, with a result more satisfactory than that of ortho-toluidine or glucose oxidase-peroxidase colorimetrie estimation.
