摘要
目的通过改革责任制排班方法,提高工作效率、提高护理质量,提高护理人力资源利用率。方法于2013年9月对该院血液科,护理排班班次、工作时间及相关流程进行改革,通过对分组方法、管床模式、各班职责、工作时间等进行改革,比较改革前后两种模式下的护理质量及满意度等指标。结果改革后的排班模式在护理质量考核评分、护士劳动纪律、患者满意度、护士对患者病情的掌握、健康教育知晓率、护士自我价值体现等方面均有明显改善。结论改革后的排班方式使有限的护理人力资源得到充分利用,使住院患者真正得到连续、全程的优质护理服务。
Objective Responsibility system by the method of shift reform, improve work efficiency, improve the quality of nursing, improve the utilization rate of nursing human resources. Methods From 2013 September to the hospital department of Hematology, nursing shift frequency, working time and related reform process, reform through the grouping method, tube bed mode, each class duties, working hours, compared before and after the reform of the two modes of the nursing quality and satisfaction index. Results After the reform of the scheduling model in nursing quality assessment score, the nurse labor discipline, patient satisfaction, nurse to patient health education, the awareness rate of the master, the nurse self value is improved greatly. Conclusion The limited nursing human resources are fully utilized the conclusion after the reform of the shift, the hospitalized patients to really get the high quality nursing service, the whole continuous.
