摘要
初步采用分析纯试剂作为原料,采用一步合成法合成NaY分子筛,通过对晶化温度、晶化时间影响因素的探讨,确定的最佳反应条件为:晶化温度为100℃、晶化时间为14 h。在最佳的固化时间、温度下对NaY型分子筛也进行SiO2的负载制取促燃剂。通过热重TG、DSC曲线的分析得出:活性中心为Y型分子筛制取的促燃剂,着火点温度下降20℃、燃烬温度下降15℃。
Preliminary analytical reagent was used as a raw material, adopting the one step process to synthesis NaY molecular sieves. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: the crystallization temperature was 100 ℃, the crystallization time was 14 h. Under optimum curing time and temperature on NaY zeolite also preparing SiO2 load combustion promoter. The results of the accelerant whose active center was the Y molecular sieve by TG, DSC curve, showed that gnition temperature and burnout temperature were dropped 20 ℃ and 15 ℃, respectively.
