摘要
社交媒体在旅游中扮演着重要角色,对旅游活动的各个方面产生了重要的影响。本文收集分析了我国旅游研究中与社交媒体相关的文献,发现研究主题主要集中在社交媒体与游客行为、用户原创内容、旅游营销、危机管理、旅游文化五个方面。未来要多采用定量研究方法,进一步扩展研究的尺度和规模,同时与当地的社会经济、文化等实际情况相结合,并加大在社区参与、综合营销手段、分类型旅游目的地营销、旅游中法律的健全等方面的研究力度。
Social media plays an important role in tourism, and has great significance on all aspects of tourism. In this paper, we collected and analyzed literature related to social media in China' s tourism research. We found that the five main research topics are social media and tourist's behavior, user-generated content, tourism marketing, crisis management, and tourism culture. Quantitative researches need to be encouraged in the future, further expand the research range and scale, combine social media with local social culture and economic status, and pay more attention to community participation, integrated marketing, destination marketing and tourism laws.
