大学生志愿者旅游认知、态度与行为意向研究——基于计划行为理论 被引量：14

摘要 以国外志愿者旅游研究成果和计划行为理论为基础,通过对在校大学生参与志愿者旅游认知心理的研究,探讨了目前我国在校大学生对志愿者旅游的认知、态度和意向等心理状况。研究结论表明:在校大学生对志愿者旅游的认知情况对其态度有非常显著的影响,且在校大学生对志愿者旅游的态度对其行为意向的影响是显著的;在校大学生所处环境的主观规范对其参与志愿者旅游的态度的影响不显著,而其行为知觉控制则对其参与志愿者旅游的态度有显著影响;在校大学生所处环境的主观规范和其行为知觉控制变量对其参与志愿者旅游均有显著影响,而主观行为规范变量对其行为意向的影响更为显著。为此,我们应从认知改变、公益组织和节假日制度改革三个方面来设法推动我国在校大学生参与志愿者旅游。
