NW型大功率风电增速器行星传动均载性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 荷载分配不均是影响大功率风电增速器行星传动系统承载能力及稳定性的重要因素,因此改善均载性能是行星传动系统设计的重要研究内容.针对某NW型大功率风电增速器,采用随机风速下的输入转矩来模拟外部激励以使其更加贴近风电增速器的实际工况,依据集中质量法及牛顿第二定律建立了斜齿行星轮系动力学均载模型,从均载机构和行星传动结构角度研究了NW型行星轮系的均载特性;同时针对影响均载的系统参数进行灵敏度分析,给出系统参数对均载性能的动态灵敏度算法.研究结果可为通过有效参数优化选择改善均载性能提供参考依据. Load distribution inequality is an important factor affecting load capacity and stability of planetary transmission system in high-power wind turbine gearbox. Therefore, the research on improving load sharing performance should be given adequate priority to the design of planetary transmission system. The dynamics load sharing model of helical planetary gear transmission for NW high-power wind turbine gearbox is established based on the lumped mass method and Newton's second law. The input torque under random wind velocity is simulated as external excitation making the results more conform to practical conditions. The load sharing performance for NW planetary gear transmission is studied from perspectives of load sharing mechanism and planetary transmission structure respectively. Also the sensitivity analyses of system parameters on load sharing performance are made, by which the algorithm of dynamic load sharing sensitivity to system parameters is proposed. The research results can provide referential basis to effectual parameter optimum selection for improving load sharing performance.
