摘要
提出啮合刚度同步变化行星齿轮机构齿轮参数(变位系数、齿数)的设计方法。并通过综合啮合刚度论述了这种设计方法能有效地减小高速重载中振动与行星轮间载荷分配不均。
This paper proposes a design method for detemining the gear parameters(the tooth number, the addendum modification coefficient)of the planetary gear mechanisms with synchromesh variation of the mesh stiffness. It is discussed through the overall mesh stiffness that this method may effectivelly reduce the vibration during highspeed and heavy duty running and the unevenness of load distribution between the planetary gears.
