Review of the Instructional mode of Blended Learning in Universities in Foreign Countries

摘要混合学习是指将传统的面对面课堂教学与现代的网络学习有机结合,实现学习目标最优化的教学模式。它把传统教学与电子学习各自的优势加以优化组合,发挥了学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性,有效地增强了教学绩效。本文对该教学模式的产生与发展、内涵与特征、组织与设计、优势与挑战以及发展条件进行了较为全面的阐述与分析。 Blended Learning is a kind of instructional mode,combining traditional face to face teaching and nowadays e-learning,which intends to optimize the teaching aim. It properly organized the separate advantages of traditional teaching and e-learning,and hence developed the enthusiasm and creativity of the students,increasing effectively the performance of teaching in universities in foreign countries. The paper presents a comprehensive review of the background,connotations,design,advantages,limitations and supporting conditions of Blended Learning.
