摘要
混合学习是指将传统的面对面课堂教学与现代的网络学习有机结合,实现学习目标最优化的教学模式。它把传统教学与电子学习各自的优势加以优化组合,发挥了学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性,有效地增强了教学绩效。本文对该教学模式的产生与发展、内涵与特征、组织与设计、优势与挑战以及发展条件进行了较为全面的阐述与分析。
Blended Learning is a kind of instructional mode,combining traditional face to face teaching and nowadays e-learning,which intends to optimize the teaching aim. It properly organized the separate advantages of traditional teaching and e-learning,and hence developed the enthusiasm and creativity of the students,increasing effectively the performance of teaching in universities in foreign countries. The paper presents a comprehensive review of the background,connotations,design,advantages,limitations and supporting conditions of Blended Learning.
