摘要
以问卷调查和相互交谈得到的数据为基础,运用统计分析法和模糊综合评价法,分析居民的居住区位偏好、居住区位优势以及居民社会属性和区位环境因素对区位偏好的影响。结果显示:1)居民对现居地有较大依赖性的同时更偏好于城关区和安宁区,选择七里河区和西固区的主要是部分本地居民的意愿。2)居住区位偏好与区位优势具有较高的吻合性。3)居民的年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入、职业等对居住区位偏好的影响不明显,而住房位置、房价、交通条件、教育环境是影响居住区位偏好的主要因素。
Based on the data obtained from questionnaires and talking,we analyzed the residential location preference of the residents,the residential location advantage and the influences of residents＇ social attributes and location environmental factors on the residential location preference through the statistical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that：（ 1） The residents preferred to choose Chengguan District and Anning District although they had greater dependence on present address,but the residents selecting Qilihe District and Xigu District were mainly the local residents.（ 2） Residential location preference and location advantage showed high consistency.（ 3） Residents＇ age,educational level,family income,occupation and so on had a slight influence on the residential location preference while residential location,house price,transportation condition and education environment were the main factors influencing it.
