摘要
在实地调研基础上 ,就北京市近年来住宅区位空间的变化特征和发展趋势进行了分析。北京市住宅区位空间具有以下特征 :一是呈圈层式向外扩展 ;二是城北发展明显快于城南 ;三是基本形成五大住宅扇面 ;四是CBD、望京、亚运村和中关村成为京城居住最受关注的区位。从今后住宅空间的发展趋势来看 。
On the basis of investigation, variation characteristics and trend of spatial resident location of Beijing in recent years have been analyzed. In general, the spatial resident location in Beijing possesses characteristics as the following. Firstly, its outward expansion has the feature of circle configuration. Secondly, its development in north is noticeably quicker than that in south. Thirdly, it forms five location sectors on the whole. Finally, the areas of CBD, Wangfujing, Asian Game Park and Zhongguangcun become the most favorable resident location of Beijing. From the trend of spatial resident location, further attention in future will be placed on the areas of Olympic Park and some zones in the south of Beijing.
