摘要
传统煤泥浮选用煤油作为捕收剂,油耗大、效率低。选取一种煤焦油深加工副产品(洗油类)作为捕收剂,对新一和铁东两煤样进行浮选实验,并从接触角、润湿热及红外光谱的角度分析HTP捕收剂的作用效果。结果表明:HTP捕收剂用于新一、铁东煤样浮选,与煤油相比,精煤产率分别提高了2.49%、2.76%,精煤灰分分别降低了1.56%、1.42%;HTP捕收剂与新一、铁东煤样作用的接触角分别比煤油与煤样作用的接触角增加1.18°、1.09°,润湿热分别提高0.911 2、0.755 0 J/g。该捕收剂含有芳烃、烯烃及甲基萘等杂极性物质,表面活性高,选择性稳定,是一种可靠的浮选药剂。
This paper is aimed at an alternative to kerosene, a currently used collector of coal slime flotation, which is notoriously affected by a greater reagent dosage and inefficiency. This alternative is ob- tained by using a coal tar deep processing by-product (gas absorber oil) to perform the flotation tests of two coal samples Xinyi and Tiedong respectively and thereby investigating the collecting effect of the new reagent by measuring the contact angle, wetting heat and infrared spectrum. The results demonstrate that HTP treatment gives a 2.49% and 2.76% higher clean coal yield and a 1.56% and 1.42% lower ash content than kerosene; it affords a 1.18° and 1.09° higher contact angle and a 0.911 2 J/g and 0.755 0 J/g wetting heat. The HTP collector contains miscellaneous polarity materials such as aromatics, olefins and methyl naphthalene, with higher surface activity and greater selective stability, thus making it a reliable flotation reagent.
