摘要
洗油是煤焦油的一个馏分,其产率较高,来源比较充足,气味小,流动性好,矿浆中分散性好,而且洗油除主要作捕收作用外,还有起泡和调整的作用。通过洗油和轻柴油作捕收剂对肥煤和焦煤进行浮选对比试验,结果证明洗油的捕收能力要高于轻柴油且有一定的起泡能力,洗油做捕收剂相对于轻柴油活性要高,选择性要低,且用洗油作捕收剂时焦煤的浮选效果好于肥煤。
Wash oil is a fraction of coal tar. The yield of the wash oil is high and the resources of the wash oil are sufficient. The wash oil odour is light and the flowability of the wash oil is good. There is a good dispersity of the wash oil in the mineral slurry. Besides the main collection function, the wash oil could have the foam and adjustment functions. With the wash oil and light diesel oil as the collectors, the comparison floatation test was conducted with fat coal and coking coal. The results showed that the collection ability of the wash oil could be higher than the light diesel oil and the wash oil could have certain foaming capability. The wash oil as the collector could have a higher activity than the light diesel oil and would have a low selection. When wash oil as the collector, the floatation results of the coking coal would be better than the fat coal.
