摘要
目的:研究没食子酸对嗜水气单胞菌以及温和气单胞菌的体外抑菌作用并进行对比。方法:没食子酸菌种原液,使用打孔法进行温和气单胞菌以及嗜水气单胞菌的体外抑菌试验,并将培养皿进行倒置培养,测定温和气单胞菌以及嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌圈直径,进行比较。结果:没食子酸对嗜水气单胞菌以及温和气单胞菌的MBC以及MIC均在250μg/m L左右,对比没有明显差异(P>0.05)。对嗜水气单胞菌以及温和气单胞菌的抑菌圈直径分别为(26.4±0.4)mm以及(24.2±0.2)mm,对比无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:没食子酸对于嗜水气单胞菌与温和气单胞菌均具有较好的抑菌效果,具有较大的开发价值。可将其应用到临床治疗治疗中来,与抗生素联用,不仅可以有效强化治疗效果同时也可以发挥抑菌作用,减少耐药菌的产生,避免药物残留,保护环境。
To study the gallic acid on bacteriostasis in vitro of Aeromonas sobria and Aeromonas Hydrophila.Methods:Gallic acid bacteria solution, using drilling method of Aeromonas sobria and Aeromonas Hydrophila bacteriostasis in vitro, and Petri dishes were inverted cultured, determining Aeromonas sobria and Aeromonas Hydrophila bacteriostatic circle diameter. Results:Results of Aeromonas Hydrophila,Aeromonas sobria MBC and MIC were about 250 μg/mL, no obvious difference (P 〉 0. 05). Aeromonas Hydrophila and Aeromonas sobria diameter of inhibition zone was (26.4 ± 0. 4) mm and (24.2 ± 0. 2) mm, no statistical significance ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The gallic acid has good antibacterial effects on Aeromonas Hydrophila and Aer- omonas sobria with great value for development. It can be applied to clinical treatment, combined with antibiotics, not only can ef- fectively strengthen the treatment effect but also can play an inhibitory role, reducing the generation of antibiotic resistant bacteria, avoiding drug residues, protecting environment.
