摘要
该文针对常德烟草机械有限责任公司IT运维管理中存在的问题，基于ITILV3规范，应用微软System Center2012，提出德烟草机械私有云lT运维管理模式，实现企业IT系统环境规范化、精细化管理，有效提高IT运维效率，加速企业信息化过程。
Based on ITILV3 specification and Microsoft System Center2012, this paper discusses the problems of Changde Tobac- co Machinery Co., IT operation and maintenance, and proposes Changde tobacco machinery private cloud IT operations manage- ment model. The model realizes enterprise IT system environment standardization, fine management, and improves IT operation and maintenance efficiency, and accelerates the process of enterprise information.
