A Review of the Literature of Cloud Computing and Future Prospects:A Business Perspective

摘要 云计算极大地改变了信息技术(IT)的使用和服务模式,对信息产业、制造业和服务业的转型升级和创新具有多方面的影响。云计算在企业实践中的快速发展催生了一个崭新的跨学科研究领域,为企业管理研究既提供了机遇又提出了挑战。本文在系统梳理云计算研究文献的基础上,首先扼要介绍了有关云计算技术特征、使用模式、潜在商业价值和应用风险等问题的研究成果,然后厘清了云计算在企业管理领域的四个主要研究方面和十个研究问题,最后从宏观和微观层面对未来相关研究进行了展望,旨在抛砖引玉,激发国内学者对相关问题的研究兴趣。 Could computing results in great changes in the implementation and service modes of in- formation technology, and has some effects on the transformation and innovation of IT industry as well as manufacturing industry and service industry. The rapid growth of cloud computing in corporate practice leads to a new cross-discipline research field, providing not only opportunities but also challen- ges for corporate management study. Based on a systematic review of the literature of cloud compu- ting, this paper first introduces the research findings of cloud computing in aspects such as technologi- cal features, implementation modes, potential business value and application risk. Secondly, it sorts out four research aspects and ten issues of cloud computing in corporate management field. Finally it pro- poses the directions in future research from the macro and micro levels in order to provoke the inter- ests of domestic scholars in cloud computing research.
