摘要
教育是一项需要高度的道德投入的事业,教育的实践品性也对教师提出了极为挑战性的要求。教师应用他们知与行、道德与担当诠释为师之道。然而"为师之道"一直以来就是业内及社会各界关注的焦点话题。因此,教师道德的理性审视与修炼追问便成为一种理论诉求与现实呼唤,其不仅是必要的,也是极为重要的,不仅是教育发展的客观使然,也是教师专业成长的内在诉求。
Education is a highly ethical devoted career , and the practice character about education also raises very challenging requirements to teachers .Teachers should annotate what makes a teacher with their knowledge and action , morals and undertaking .However , “what makes a teacher” has always been the hot topic that was paid attention to by insiders and all sectors of society .Therefore , teachers ’ moral rational survey and practice questions become a theory demand and reality call , which is not only necessary , but also very important , and not only the objective consequence of educational development , but also the inherent demands of teachers ’ profession-al development .
