便秘病人胶囊内镜检查前肠道准备方法的临床探讨 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨便秘病人胶囊内镜检查的肠道准备方法。方法:将35例行胶囊内镜检查的便秘病人按肠道准备方法不同分为口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散组(A组,n=17),乳果糖加口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散组(B组,n=18),根据胶囊内镜检查所见肠道清洁程度评价效果。结果:B组肠道清洁效果明显好于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合清洁效果而言,乳果糖加口服聚乙二醇电解质散对便秘病人是比较理想的胶囊内镜检查术前的肠道准备方法。
