摘要
水库优化调度的关键在于径流预测的预见期。目前天气预报中预见期最长的是美国"全球预报模式(Global Forcasting System"),预见期可以达到15天。文中以浑江流域梯级电站为例,分析探讨了GFS预报准确率与实际应用。从实际应用情况看,在梯级电站水库调度工作中应用GFS预报信息,机组可以提前加大出力,减少后期弃水,效益比较明显。
The key point of reservoir optimal dispatching is the forecast period of runoff forecast. At present, the forecast period of Global Forecast System in America can reach 15 days which is the longest in present weather forecast. Taking the cascade power stations in Hunjiang river basin as example, the paper discusses the forecast accuracy rate and practical application of GFS. In practice, the GFS is used to forecast information in the dispatching of cascade power stations, and then the cascade power stations would obtain the evident benefit by increasing the output of generation sets in advance to reduce the abandoned floodwater.
