摘要
目的:探讨5-氨基酮戊酸联合强脉冲光治疗扁平疣的疗效及安全性。方法:将56例患者随机分为5-氨基酮戊酸联合强脉冲光治疗组和微波仪对照组,于1、2、4、8周观察治疗效果及副反应,于第8周末判断最终治疗效果。结果:治疗组与对照组的治愈率分别为60.0%、23.1%,有效率分别为90.0%、46.2%,两组治愈率、有效率相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组均没有严重副反应发生。结论:5-氨基酮戊酸联合强脉冲光动力疗法治疗扁平疣安全可靠、疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid with intense pulsed light therapy in the treatment of verruca plana. Methods Total of 56 patients were randomly divided into 5-aminolevulinic acid with intense pulsed light treatment group and microwave treatment control group.In 1 week,2,4,8 observed treatment effect and side effects.On the 8th weekend judgment finally therapeutic effect. Results The treatment group and control group cure rate were 60.0%,23.1%,the effective rate in two groups were 90.0%、46.2%,compared two groups of the cure rate,effective,all have significant differences（P〈0.01）.Two groups were no serious side effects occur. Conclusion 5-aminolevulinic acid with intense pulsed light therapy in the treatment of verruca plana security and reliable,the curative effect.
