某机床主导轨的铸造工艺设计

Casting Process Design of Main Guide Rail of Large Machine Tool

摘要 分析了某机床主导轨的结构及工艺特点,建立导轨的三维实体模型,对导轨的浇冒口系统进行设计;运用Anycasting对普通消失模铸造和砂型铸造工艺方案进行凝固过程模拟分析,并对两者进行对比,结果表明,普通消失模铸造的铸件出品率优于砂型铸造,且出现缺陷的概率小。 The structure & process characteristics of the main guide rail of a machine tool were analyzed, the 3D solid model of the main guide rail was built and the gating and feeding systems were designed. By using Anycasting, both the solidification process for EPC and sand mold casting were simulated. The results show that the casting yield of EPC is better than that of sand mold casting, and the occurrence probability of defects in EPC is less than that in sand mold casting.
