摘要
研究了铜钼合金奥贝球铁力学性能的稳定性。结果表明:在95%的概率下,所研制的铜钼合金奥贝球铁达到了国外同类材料的力学性能水平;铸造缺陷、石墨形态和基体组织对奥贝球铁力学性能的稳定性产生显著影响,并相应地提出了质量控制的基本原则。
The stability of mechanical properties for Cu-Mo alloyed austempered ductile iron (ADI) was studied. The results can be compared to the finnish specification of Kymenite9805 under 95% probability. The casting defects, graphite morphology and matrix structure can significantly affect the mechanical properties of the Cu-Mo alloyed ADI. The basic principles of quality control are presented.
