摘要
目的：观察缩宫素联合米索前列醇用于防治引产后出血的疗效。方法选择我院自2010年6月～2014年6月收治的中期妊娠引产孕妇59例，按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组28例，胎儿娩出后采用缩宫素宫颈注射及静脉滴注；观察组31例胎儿娩出后采用缩宫素宫颈注射联合米索前列醇舌下含服。记录两组孕妇引产后2h内出血量、24h内出血量以及不良反应。结果观察组2h内出血量、24h内出血量均低于对照组（P〈0.05），两组不良反应差异不明显（P〉0.05）。结论缩宫素联合米索前列醇可降低中期妊娠引产后出血量。
Objective To observe oxytocin in combination with misoprostol on prevention and treatment of hemorrhage after induced labor. Methods A total of 59 cases undergoing induced labor select from June 2010 to June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups,twenty-eight cases in the control group,cervical injection and intravenous drip of oxytocin after delivery,observation group of 30 cases,cervical injection of oxytocin joint under the tongue with misoprostol after delivery. Records al of cases within 2 h、24 h amount of bleeding and adverse effects after delivery. Results Observation group within 2 h and 24 h amount of bleeding were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）,adverse effects similar between the two groups has no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Oxytocin in combination with misoprostol can significantly reduce amount of bleeding after induced labor.
