摘要
新型城镇化进程中的城乡建设用地可持续利用与管理是社会各界关注的热点问题。从土地利用转型视角将城乡建设用地作为一个整体探索其综合研究途径,合理评判区域城乡建设用地利用形态的时空变化,探寻其与经济社会发展之间的耦合关系、互馈机理与动力机制,成为亟待深入探索的重要科学问题。本文从土地利用转型的研究视角、城乡建设用地转型的主要研究内容与方法等方面系统总结了近年来城乡建设用地转型的研究进展,认为已有研究呈现出了研究视角多元化、研究内容广泛化、研究方法实证化的基本特征。最后提出了进一步研究的建议:将城乡建设用地作为一个整体开展多种分析尺度下的转型过程及其与经济社会发展耦合关系的综合性研究。
Sustainable utilization and management of urban-rural construction land in the process of new-type urbanization has become one of the land use hot issues in China. It becomes a scientific problem through which to explore comprehensive research approaches of urban-rural construction land change from the perspective of land use transition, to evaluate regional urban- rural construction land use changes reasonably, and to probe into the coupling relationship and interaction mechanism between urban-rural construction land transition （URCLT） and social- economic development. For the purpose of catching the development of URCLT, this paper gives a comprehensive description of the research on URCLT by using the approaches of summary and comparison. In the past few years, great progress had been made in URCLT, which can be summarized as follows： the research perspective of land use transition, the main research contents and methods of URCLT. We think the existing research presents the following features： a diversity of research perspectives and contents, and positivism methodology. At last, it is suggested that the following aspects should be further studied： comprehensive research on the process of URCLT and the coupling relationship between URCLT and social-economic development at various analysis scales, in which urban-rural construction land is regarded as a whole.
