摘要
土地资源的可持续利用是可持续发展的核心问题。我们从霍山县土地资源利用现状和国民经济发展的实际出发,实现土地资源可持续利用的途径是:加强土地管理,保护现有的土地资源;调整和优化土地利用结构,切实保护耕地。积极协调用地矛盾,妥善解决土地资源利用过程中存在的问题,充分合理地利用土地资源;改善土地生态环境,维持土地的生产能力,促进人口、资源、环境和社会经济的协调发展。
The land resources' sustainable use is the core of sustainable development. From the present use situation of Huo Shan County's land resources and the developing fact of our country economy, the way how to realize the sustainable use of land resources is, to reinforce management and protect existing resources; to revise and make advantage of structure and practically protect land, to coordinate land use contradiction actively .settle the problem appropriately in land use and use land resources fully and rationally, and to improve bio-environment, keep land produce capability and promote coordinate development of population, resources, environment and economy.
