摘要
对挤压态7A04铝合金进行不同时间深冷处理,利用金相显微镜、X-ray衍射仪以及腐蚀介质为3.5%Na Cl水溶液分析研究了不同深冷时间条件下的显微组织、物相种类以及耐腐蚀性。研究结果表明:不同深冷时间条件下,挤压态7A04铝合金组织中不同程度析出第二相组织,同时耐腐蚀性有较大差异,其中,深冷时间为4 h时,在晶界处弥散分布着大量的第二相,耐腐蚀性最高,当深冷时间达到6 h时,分布在晶界处的第二相明显减少,并且耐蚀性变差。
Cryogenic treatment of extrusion state of 7A04 A1 alloy with different time was carded out. Microstructure, phase and corrosion resistance under different cryogenic time were studied by means of metallographic microscope, XRD and 3.5% NaCI aqueous solution of corrosion medium. The results show that, the second phase microstructure and the corrosion resistance have large difference under the different cryogenic time of extrusion state of 7A04 A1 alloy. When the cryogenic time is 4 h, the second phase largely disperses around the grain boundary, and the corrosion resistance is the highest, but when the cryogenic time is 6 h, the second phase distribution in grain boundary decreases significantly, and corrosion resistance reduces.
