深冷处理时间对快凝过共晶Al-Si-Fe合金组织与性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of cryogenic treatment time on microstructure and properties of rapidly solidified hypereutectic Al-Si-Fe alloy

摘要 在固溶时效的基础上研究了深冷处理时间对过共晶Al-Si-Fe合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,随着深冷时间的延长,组织变化不大,合金的力学性能得到了很大的提高;最佳的处理工艺为固溶处理(520℃×3 h)+深冷处理(-196℃×48 h)+时效处理(120℃×10 h)。 Effect of cryogenic treatment time on microstructure and properties of hypereutectic Al-Si-Fe alloy was investigated based on solution and aging.The results show that,with the cryogenic treatment time prolonged,the microstructure of the alloy changed a little,but the mechanical properties greatly improved.Optimum treatment process is solid solution(520 ℃×3 h)and cryogenic(-196 ℃×48 h)and aging(120 ℃×10 h).
