摘要
采用AQ251聚合物对固溶后的7075铝合金厚板进行浸没淬火,运用X射线衍射仪、三坐标仪与维氏硬度仪分别测试各淬火板的表面残余应力分布、翘曲变形及显微硬度,研究不同温度、介质浓度下厚板残余应力场、表层零应力层位置、最大翘曲变形量及材料力学性能的演变趋势。研究结果表明:随淬火温度升高与介质浓度增加,试件表面残余应力降幅近90%,压应力区加深近90%,尺寸稳定性增加近5倍,但力学性能降低近14%。
After solution treatment by AQ251 polymer, 7075 Al alloy thick plates were immensely quenched. X-ray diffi'action device, three-coordinates measuring machine and Vickers indenter were introduced to measure surface residual stress, warping deformation and surface micro-hardness of the quenched plates to analyze the evolution ofresidnal stress field, zero stress layer location, maximum warping deformation and mechanical properties of 7075 A1 alloy thick plates under the different quenching temperatures and medium concentrations. The results show that with the increase of the quenching temperature and the medium concentration, the surface residual stresses decrease about 90%, the introduced compressive stresses deepens about 90%, and dimensional stability increases 5 times, but simultaneously the mechanical properties decrease about 14%.
