摘要
:对AQ2 5 1淬火介质在使用过程中的浓度变化规律及其对冷却性能的影响进行了研究 ,发现AQ2 5 1的PAG组分和非PAG组分会发生变化 ,表现为用折光仪测出的介质浓度较高 ,而PAG有效浓度较低 ,真实冷速较大。在实际生产中不能依据折光仪测定的介质浓度来判断其冷却速度 ,只能测其冷却速度 ,来调整淬火介质的浓度 。
This paper deals with the influence of concentration chang of AQ251 quenchant on its cooling rate.During the using of AQ251,the PAG Concentration decrease and the non PAG concentration increase,so that the medium′s concentration becomes higher by testing,but the real cooling rate becomes faster.It′s important that the medium′s concentration should be adjusted to prevent workpieces from cracking
