摘要
目的分析盐酸非索非那定片联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效观察及对血清IFN-γ、IL-4的影响。方法选择在河北北方学院附属第二医院接受住院治疗的218例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受常规治疗的对照组以及接受盐酸非索非那定片、布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合治疗的观察组,比较两组患者的临床症状评分、血清IFN-γ、IL-4水平及生活质量评分等差异。结果观察组患者接受治疗后的各项临床症状评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受治疗后的IFN-γ水平高于对照组患者、IL-4水平低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受治疗后的各项生活质量评分均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论盐酸非索非那定片联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂有助于减轻变应性鼻炎患者的临床症状,优化IFN-γ、IL-4水平,提高患者生活质量。
[Objective]To analyze the effect of fexofenadine hydrochloride combined with budesonide on patients with allergic rhinitis and serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-4. [Methods]A total of 218 patients with allergic rhinitis were chosen as research subjects, and randomly divided into control group treated with conventional treatment and observation group treated with fexofenadine hydrochloride combined with budesonide. Then clinical symptom scores,serum IFN-γ and IL-4 levels and the scores of quality of life in both groups were compared.[Results]The clinical symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The serum IFN-γ level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the serum IL-4 level was lower in the observation group（P〈0.05）. The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Treatment of fexofenadine hydrochloride combined with budesonide could relieve clinical symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis, optimize serum levels of IFN-γand IL- 4, improve the quality of life.
