摘要
通过分析我国正在实施的情报主导警务战略在"情报""主导""警务"等方面所面临的发展瓶颈,进而指出,大数据可以有效解决这些问题,成为驱动情报主导警务发展的重要力量,最后得出以下结论:各种大数据源可以化解情报匮乏的困境,为"情报"主导警务提供充足的情报来源;大数据强大的分析能力将破解情报"主导"不力的难题,促使情报分析能力和质量的提升;大数据可以科学分析事物的已知和未知状态,为情报主导"警务"即情报在警务活动各个方面的应用开辟广阔的空间。
This article analyzes the development bottlenecks facing intelligence-led policing strategy implementation and points out that big data can be an effective solution to the possible problems. The author suggests that： big data can provide sufficient intelligence sources, thus to solve the ＂intelligence＂ deficiency in intelligence-led policing; big data can greatly improve public security intelligence analysis ability and the quality, to solve the lack or weak of ＂leading＂ in intelligence-led policing ; big data can scientifically analyze the known and unknown status of things, thus open up broader space for the application of intelligence in all areas of policing activities.
