摘要
情报主导警务是我国公安情报工作的新理念。有关此理念在公安边防情报工作中的应用是我国公安边防工作的一项重要改革内容,为此,本文在比较国际先进的、实行情报主导警务的国家———英国情报主导警务模式、美国情报主导警务模式的基础上,从国外典型的情报主导警务模式对我国警务情报工作的影响的角度,重点研究情报对我国公安边防工作的主导和作用。
Intelligence-led Policing is the new concept of police intelligence work in our country.Application the concept in the Border Control intelligence work is a major reform.In view of this,the paper compares British Intelligence-led policing patterns with the U.S.intelligence-led policing patterns,which are advance countries of implementation intelligence-led policing all over the world,researches the influence of the foreign country intelligence-led policing pattern to our country police intelligence work,and is focus on leading and affect to Border Control.
