摘要
目的:评价与分析痛风患者采用降浊活血益肾汤联合西药治疗临床疗效及安全性。方法:120例痛风患者按照随机抛硬币法分组为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组急性期采用芬必得治疗,缓解期采用别嘌呤醇;观察组于西药治疗基础上加用中药降浊活血益肾汤及中药外敷治疗。比较2组急性期临床关节症状和疗效及血尿酸改变情况、不良反应、复发。结果:观察组血尿酸变化和临床症状积分及疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组血尿酸水平明显下降且观察组下降更显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床应用中药降浊活血益肾汤及中药外敷联合西药治疗痛风患者,其具有较好协同效果,降低患者血尿酸,改善临床症状。
Objective： Evaluating and analyzing the clinical efficacy and safety of using Jiangzhuo Huoxue Yishen Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of gout patients. Methods： 120 cases of gout patients according to the random coin toss was divided into controlled group and observation group,60 cases in each. In the controlled group,Fenbid was given in acute stage,fasten purine alcohol was given in catabsis stage. The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine Jiangzhuo Huoxue Yishen Decoction and external application of Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of western medicine. Comparison of 2groups of acute clinical joint symptoms and curative effect and blood uric acid changes,adverse reaction,recurrence.Results： Observing the change of blood uric acid group and the clinical symptom scores and the curative effect is obviously better than that of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）; serum uric acid levels in the 2groups decreased obviously and the observation group were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate observed adverse reactions during treatment and after treatment was significantly lower than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It has good synergistic effect that apply Chinese medicine treatment of gout patients Jiangzhuo Huoxue Yishen Decoction and external application of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine. It can decrease the blood uric acid and improve the clinical symptoms.
