摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合疗法治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:抽取痛风性关节炎患者210例,随机分为治疗组(150例)和对照组(60例),对照组采用双氯芬酸钠和别嘌呤醇进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上予以服用中药活血化瘀和通络止痛汤,并熏洗患处。结果:治疗组的治疗总有效率为92.0%,显著高于对照组的73.3%;与对照组相比,治疗组的血尿酸以及血沉值显著降低,复发率显著低于对照组,P均<0.05。结论:中西医疗法用于治疗痛风性关节炎疗效显著,不良反应少,值得推广应用。
Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine. Methods： 210 cases were randomly divided into the treated group （150 cases） and the control group （60 cases）, the control group with diclofenac and aUopurinol treatment, based on this, the treated group was given the decoction, and washed the affected area. Results： The total efficiency of the treated group was 92.0% significantly higher than 73.3% of the control group; Compared with the control group, the ESR values and serum uric acid of the treated group decreased significantly, relapse rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was effective in treating gouty arthritis, fewer adverse reactions, should be widely applied.
