摘要 以兆瓦级风力发电机液压偏航系统为研究对象,介绍了液压偏航系统的结构、组成及原理。针对现有的兆瓦级风力发电机液压偏航制动系统存在的压力上升速度快,液压系统冲击较大、稳定性差的问题,提出蓄能器配合阻尼孔的解决方案,采用AMESim软件建立了液压系统模型和改进后的模型,分析改进前后制动液压缸的压力和位移输出曲线,验证了改进后的系统的合理性。 Taked the hydraulic yaw brake system of megawatt wind turbine as the research object, introduced the structure, composition and principle of it.For the existing megawatt wind turbine yaw brake hydraulic system has the problem of pressure rises quickly, for the existing of the MW class wind turbine yaw brake hydraulic system pressure rises quickly, the large impact of hydraulic system, poor stability,pro- posed the solution energy storage with damping holes,used AMESim software to establish of the model of the hydraulic system and the im- proved model, analysised the pressure and displacement curve of the brake hydraulic cylinder before and after the improvement,to verify the rationality of the improved system.
