摘要
针对风力发电机偏航传动系统中传动小齿轮的失效问题,从传动齿轮的失效形式以及齿轮制造和安装的误差分析着手,指出瞬间累计误差过大所产生的冲击载荷是传动齿轮失效的主要原因。结合1.5 MW风力机,首次提出了小齿轮与固定平台间采用柔性连接的偏航自适应系统,该系统通过弹性调节齿轮中心距的方法来调节齿轮的啮合状态,旨在解决偏航小齿轮和偏航中心轮间瞬间严重过载问题,降低启动动载荷,得到延长偏航系统使用寿命的目的。
Aiming at the failue in small gears in wind turbine yaw drive system,through the analysis of failure forms of transmission gears and the errors in their manufacturing and installing,we conclude that the impulse loading caused by instant excessive accumulated errors is the main reasons for the gear failure.Combined with 1.5MV wind turbine,self-adaptive system of the yaw system is proposed,which is the flexible connection between small gears and fixed platform.The system adjusts the situations of gear meshing by adjusting the center distance between gears automatically.We want to solve the problem of instant overloading between the small gears and center gear,reduced the loading in starting and thus lengthen the life of the yaw system.
