摘要
目的分析参与式方法应用于职业卫生培训中的效果,为参与式培训方法在职业卫生培训中的应用提供参考。方法对接触不同职业病危害因素的不同类型企业中216名劳动者进行职业卫生参与式培训,在开展培训前、培训后1个月和培训后3个月分别进行问卷调查,分析职业卫生参与式培训的效果。结果培训后1个月和培训后3个月,劳动者对法律知晓率高于培训前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),培训后1个月和培训后3个月劳动者对法律知晓率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后1个月和培训后3个月劳动者职业卫生知识总得分及职业卫生知识、信念(态度)、行为分别得分均高于培训前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论职业卫生参与式培训可有效提高劳动者的法律和职业卫生知识水平,可以作为开展职业卫生培训的有效方法之一。
Objective To analysis occupational health participatory trainingeffect,provide reference for theapplication of participatory training methods in occupational health training. Methods Implemented occupational health participatory training in 216 workers of different types of enterprises to contact with different occupational hazards, questionnaire survey was conducted for in the development before and after training for 1 months and after training 3 months, then analysis the occupational health participatory training effect. Results After 1 months of training and after training 3 months,workers of legal awareness rate was higher than that before the training （P〈0.05）; after training land 3months total score of workers of knowledge, belief（attitude） and behaviorwere higher than before the training （both P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Occupation health participatory training can effectively improve the occupation health knowledge level of workers, can be used as one of effective methods to carry out occupation health training.
