摘要
微格教学自产生之日起便以其技能单项分解、反复训练并反思等优势在教师的职前和职后发挥着重要作用。在当前不断进行的教育改革潮流中和高校内涵发展需要下,有必要重新认识微格教学并运用于高校教师教学能力的提升,回归微格教学于高校自身发展。这需要高校在相关教育政策影响力扩大的大环境下,拓展微格教学的内涵和外延,超越已有的刻板观念,提高微格教学利用率,激发教师发展的内生性。
Microteaching is a very important practical course both abroad and at home and it is an effective way of training teaching skills. At present, there exist some problems with microteaching practice in universities in China. It is a common recognition in educational circle that many university teachers do not lack knowledge but ability. It is difficult for them to acquire the microteaching resource and environment fit for training teaching ability. The administrations should have a better understanding of the advantages of microteaching,conduet some constructive reforms in microteach- ing practice and create more opportunities and encourage university teacher to participate actively in microteaching practice so as to improve their teaching skills and ability as well as the connotative development of universities.
