摘要
随着研究的深入,大部分学者发现单纯用基因来解释生命与疾病的本质大受局限,于是兴起了蛋白质组学的研究热潮。在蛋白质组学研究取得长足进步的同时,蛋白质组学技术运用于肝病的研究也逐渐增多,它已广泛运用于病毒性肝炎、肝肿瘤、肝纤维化、肝硬化等的研究当中。同时它也逐渐成为中医认识肝病本质的重要手段。通过蛋白质组学技术,我们可以探究肝病证型与蛋白质组学表达特点的关系,中药药物的作用机制及作用靶点等。这些研究让中西医找到结合的切入点,为中医认识肝病,治疗肝病找到确切的物质原理依据。
With the development of research, most scholars found that single genes theory accounting for the nature of life and disease was limited, and the rise of proteomics research was upsurged, With the proteomics research achieving great progress , pro- teomics technology used in the study of the liver diseases was also increased gradually. It has been widely used in viral hepatitis, liver neoplasms ,liver fibrosis ,cirrhosis and so on. At the same time it also has become an important meihod for TCM studying the essence of liver diseases. By proteomic technology,we can explore the relationship between liver disease syndromes and proteomic expression characteristics as well as the mechanism and action protein targets of Chinese herb. These studies of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can be combined to find the breakthrough point, and used for TCM researching and treating liver diseases to find the exact substance theory.
