摘要
目的:研究尤瑞克林联合曲克卢丁对急性脑梗塞患者凝血功能及神经功能的影响。方法:将80例急性脑梗死患者纳入研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组接受尤瑞克林联合曲克卢丁治疗,对照组仅接受尤瑞克林治疗,比较两组凝血功能指标、神经功能评分、血清学指标及治疗效果。结果:(1)治疗效果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)凝血功能:观察组的血小板计数、纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体含量均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);(3)神经功能评分:观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)血清学指标:观察组的神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量低于对照组,神经营养因子(NTF)和神经生长因子(NGF)含量高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尤瑞克林联合曲克卢丁治疗有助于改善凝血功能、神经功能以及血清学指标,提高治疗效果。
Objective： To study the effect of Urinary kallidinogenase combining with troxerutin on coagulation function and nerve function of acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods： 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group received urinary katlidinogenase combining with troxerutin treatment, control group only received urinary kallidinogenase treatment. Then blood coagulation function, nerve function score, serology indexes, treatment effect were compared between two groups. Results.. （1） treatment effect., efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈 0.05） ; （2） coagulation function., platelet count, fibrinogen and D-dimer content of the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05, 0.01）; （3） nerve function score： NIHSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）; （4） serum index： NSE content of the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈 0.05） ;NTF and NGF contents of the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Urinary kallidinogenase helps to improve blood coagulation function and neural function and serological indexes, thus it can improve the effect of treatment.
