术前DC-CIK联合化疗对食管癌患者血清指标及肿瘤组织中恶性生物学分子表达的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究术前DC-CIK联合化疗对食管癌患者血清指标及肿瘤组织中恶性生物学分子表达的影响。方法:将本院收治的70例食管癌患者纳入研究,随机分为两组,观察组患者接受术前DC-CIK联合化疗,对照组仅接受术前常规化疗,比较两组血清学指标以及肿瘤组织中恶性生物学行为执行分子、Ras信号分子的表达情况。结果:(1)血清指标:酶联免疫吸附检测显示,观察组血清中Stathmin、Cyfra21-1、c-met、sMICA含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)恶性生物学行为执行分子:Western-blot检测显示,观察组患者食管癌组织中Smoothened、Hedgehog、PURα、EphB4、VEGF的蛋白表达量低于对照组,MTSS1的蛋白表达量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)Ras信号分子:Western-blot检测显示,观察组食管癌组织中Ras、Raf、MEK、P38、JNK、SAPK的蛋白表达量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前DC-CIK联合化疗有助于杀灭肿瘤细胞、抑制恶性生物学行为执行分子以及Ras信号分子的表达,是食管癌术前理想的治疗方法。 Objective: To investigate the effects of preoperative DC-CIK combining with chemotherapy on serum index and malignant biological molecular expression in tumor tissues of esophageal cancer. Methods: 70 esophageal cancer patients treated in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. Observation group received preoperative DC-CIK combining with chemotherapy, control group only received routine preoperative chemotherapy. Then serum index and malig- nant biological molecular expression in tumor tissues were compared. Results= (1) Serum index: ELISA showed serum Stath- rain, Cyfra21-1, c-Met, sMICA contents of observation group were lower than those of control group; (2) malignant biological execution behavior molecular: Western-blot detection showed Smoothened, Hedgehog, PUR-α, EphB4, VEGF protein con- tents in esophageal cancer tissue of observation group were lower than those of control group; MTSS1 protein content washigher than that of control group; (3) Ras signal pathway.. Ras, Raf, MEK, P38, JNK, SAPK protein contents in esophageal cancer tissue of observation group were lower than those of control group. Conclusion: Preoperative DC-CIK combining with chemotherapy is helpful to kill tumor cells, inhibit the expression of malignant biological execution behavior molecular and Ras signal molecular; it's an ideal preoperative treatment for esophageal cancer.
