摘要
老年脑卒中后抑郁属"中风""郁证"之合病,是常见"情志疾病",近年来中医药治疗老年卒中后抑郁优势明显,中药方剂、针灸、中成药及中西医联合治疗,疗效显著。未来需基础研究与临床研究并重,在开发中医疗法同时,获得理论支持。
Elderly Depression after stroke is a ＂stroke＂ ＂Melancholia,＂ the co-disease, is a common ＂emotional illness.＂ Chinese medicine treatment of post-stroke depression in the elderly have obvious advantages, now elderly stroke depression treatment from prescription medicine, acupuncture, Chinese medicine and Western medicine in combination therapy, the effect is significant. The problem is the need to both basic research and clinical research, in the development of Chinese medicine, access to theoretical support.
