卒中后抑郁障碍:机制、诊断与治疗 被引量：33

摘要 抑郁是较常见的卒中后神经精神症状之一。在卒中发病后最初3个月内卒中后抑郁障碍（post－strokedepression，PSD）的累计患病率是27．3％[1]，在最初1年内PSD的累计发生率为41．8％[2]。近半数PSD患者随着时间的延长仃订康复，然而部分患者几个月后或2年内将成为重度抑郁患者，还有…部分患者抑郁症状变化不定[3]。
