摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年4月至2014年6月在绵阳市人民医院妇产科因子宫内膜异位症行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者103例,随机分为两组,腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮组(观察组)52例,单纯腹腔镜手术组(对照组)51例。所有患者随访12个月,观察完全缓解、缓解、复发和妊娠等指标。结果随访100例,失访3例(对照组1例,观察组2例),随访成功率97.1%。观察组完全缓解36例、妊娠15例、复发4例,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效优于单纯腹腔镜手术治疗,是临床治疗子宫内膜异位症的有效方案之一。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Laparoscopic surgery combined with Gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 103 patients with pelvic endometriosis treated in our hospital from April 2006 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The number of cases received therapy of laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone was 52, labeled as the observation group; laparoscopie surgery alone was 51 cases, and marked as the control group. All the patients were followed up for 12 months,the level of the complete remission and mitigation,pregnancy outcome,and reproductive functions were recorded. Results All cases were followed up for 12 months, except for 3 cases （2 in the observation group and 1 in control group）, the followed-up rate is 97.1 %. In the group of laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrionone, the complete remission was 36 cases; 15 cases had pregnancy,and recurrence occurred in 4 cases. There was significantly difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone for the treatment of patients with endometriosis is superior to simple surgery,and is the one of the effective treatments in clinic.
