摘要
目的：微探讨分析中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化的疗效。方法选取本院2012～2013年间收治的80例乙肝肝硬化患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予柔肝散结汤治疗，比较两组观察指标。结果治疗后两组的肝功能积分下降，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义；治疗后两组的血清肝纤维化指标下降，与对照组比较，观察组HA和PC-Ⅲ明显降低，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；两组治疗后的HBV-DNA阴转率比较，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。两组治疗后的TBIL复常率比较，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论中西医结合恩替卡韦联合柔肝散结汤治疗乙肝肝硬化的疗效显著，可改善肝功能和预后。
Objective To study the analysis of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment the curative effect of hepatitis b cirrhosis of the liver. Methods Selected 80 .cases treated in our hospital from 2012 to 2012 hepatitis b patients with cirrhosis, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. Control group given entecavir treatment, the observation group in the control group given on the basis of liver fights soup treatment, compared two groups to observe. The two groups after treatment of TBIL complex, often rate, P〈0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion Combines traditional Chinese and western medicine entecavir combined liver fights soup of hepatitis b cirrhosis of the liver with obvious therapeutic effect, can improve liver function and prognosis, worthy of clinical popularization and application..
