摘要 目的:观察调节性T细胞在慢性肝病中的变化及其临床意义。方法:用流式细胞仪检测患者的CD4+CD127loCD25hi-int调节性T细胞。比较不同慢性肝病患者(慢性乙型肝炎、乙肝肝硬化、肝癌)间CD4+CD127loCD25hi-int调节性T细胞的表达情况。结果:不同慢性肝病患者间调节性T细胞的表达有差异,但无统计学意义,肝癌患者最高,乙肝患者次之,肝硬化患者最低,但均高于健康对照。结论:调节性T细胞与慢性肝病显著相关。 Objective:To investigate the change and the role of regulatory thymus cell in patient with chronic liver disease.Methods:CD4+CD127loCD25hi-int regulatory thymus cell (Treg) was tested by Flow Cytometry.The levels of Treg in patients with chronic liver disease (chronic hepatitis B,cirrhosis,liver cancer) were compared.Results:Treg level in patient with chronic liver disease group was significantly higher than healthy control group.But there wasn't significant differences among patients with chronic hepatitis B、cirrhosis and liver cancer.Conclusion:The levels of Treg is relation with chronic hepatic disease.
