摘要
目的探究循证护理在幽门螺杆菌阳性患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年9月～2014年7月期间收治的64例幽门螺杆菌阳性患者，将其分为观察组以及对照组，对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用循证护理，比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果通过护理，其观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者的护理满意度， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对幽门螺杆菌阳性患者采用循证护理，具有良好的应用效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive patients. MethodsSelected 64 cases of Helicobacter pylori positive patients from 2012 September to 2014 July admitted in our hospital, divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group of patients with conventional nursing, the observation group with evidence-based nursing. Compare patients＆#39; satisfaction to nursing care of two groups.Results Through the observation of nursing, nursing satisfaction was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group with statistical signiifcance （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion For Helicobacter pylori positive patients, using evidence-based nursinghas has good application effect.
