摘要
本文在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)耐药致其根除率下降的背景下,根据国内外Hp治疗最新共识和文献报告,介绍了在原传统三联疗法基础上进行调整和加强、联合中药、联合益生菌、联合口腔洁治可提高Hp根除率的最新进展,这可能是值得进一步探索的治疗Hp感染的新路径。
Under the background of that Helicobacter pylori（Hp） eradication rate decline caused by its drug resistance,and according to the domestic and foreign latest consensus and literature about the Hp therapy,this article introduce the latest progress that combined with Chinese medicine,probiotics and Oral hygiene treatment can improve the Hp eradication rate through by some adjustment and strengthen based on the original traditional triple therapy.This may be a new approach worthy of further exploration to treat Helicobacter pylori infection.
