摘要
湖南工业大学自2004年开始研究生教育,10 a来取得了较大的成绩,这主要得益于学校在创新研究生教育机制的探索与实践中所逐步形成的三大机制,即正确的决策机制、严谨的导师负责机制、完备的保障机制,它们为全面提高研究生培养质量提供了有力的制度保障。
The graduate education in Hunan University of Technology has begun since 2004. The good performance during these ten years mainly could be attributed to three mechanisms which were developed in the exploration and practice of innovation, namely the correct decision-making mechanism, the disciplinary tutor responsibility system, and a full- fledged cultivation safeguarding mechanism to ensure the institutions for all-round upgrading quality of graduation education.
